indigo at The O2 is a modern, multi-functional 2,800 capacity entertainment venue located under the famous tented roof of The O2. Entertainment for everyone, with a huge range to offer you won't be left short of choice.
Not just fantastic if you're thinking of treating friends or family to a live entertainment experience, indigo is also one of London’s most sought-after corporate event spaces. It's the ultimate venue to give your corporate or private events a world-class feel.
As a corporate event space, indigo at The O2 offers total flexibility. It can cater for 540 at a sit-down dinner, or for a conference with up to 1000 delegates. The dynamic space can be changed from a conference venue into an open plan exhibition space or private dinner venue, all with in-built main stage and in-house AV support.
Specific Requirements
- Priority calling for emergencies
- Some devices needed to be able to listen to every channel
- Audio quality needed to be very clear and loud (tech teams are often working in a noisy environment)
- User experience was key
Our Solution
Our first step was to get onsite to understand the layout of the event space and meet the team using the equipment. We then ran comprehensive on site trials with fully supported testing and compatibility, making sure that everyday operations are carried out to understand the pros and cons of the different radio manufacturers
- Caltta devices were selected due to their loud and clear sound, alongside a large capacity battery.
- The reach of the network covers multiple departments: box office, front of house, technical team, security.
- The new system operates using the latest digital technology, compatible with Bluetooth accessories and offering man down alert compatibility.
